Stumble Guys has become a global phenomenon, captivating players with its chaotic obstacle courses and colorful characters. As you progress through the game, you will likely find yourself wanting to customize your character with unique skins or unlock premium features using gems. Gems are the primary premium currency in the game, allowing you to purchase the Stumble Pass, unlock rare emotes, and obtain high-tier skins.
Finding the right place to purchase these items is essential for both getting the best value and ensuring your account remains secure. While many websites claim to offer discounted gems, it is vital to stick to authorized platforms to avoid scams or account bans. This guide will walk you through the safest and most reliable ways to buy Stumble Guys gems and skins online.
The Official In-Game Store
The most direct and secure way to buy gems and skins is through the official in-game store. This shop is built directly into the Stumble Guys application on your mobile device, PC, or console. Because it is integrated with the game, your purchases are processed through established payment systems like the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Steam.
To access the in-game store, simply tap on the “Shop” icon on the main menu. Here, you will find various bundles of gems, ranging from small packs to large quantities. The shop often features daily deals and limited-time offers where you can get skins and gems at a discounted rate. Buying directly in the app ensures that your items are delivered instantly to your account without any risk of third-party interference.
Using the Official Web Shop
Many players are unaware that the developers of Stumble Guys, Scopely, offer an official web shop outside of the mobile app. This is a legitimate platform where players can enter their User ID and purchase gems or special bundles directly from the creator’s website. This method is often preferred by players who want to avoid the service fees sometimes associated with mobile app stores.
The official web shop frequently offers exclusive bonuses that you might not find in the game itself. For example, you may receive a percentage of extra gems for the same price as a standard in-game pack. When using the web shop, always ensure you are on the verified official domain provided by the developers. Never enter your login credentials on a site that looks suspicious or asks for your password; the official shop only requires your public User ID to send the items.
Purchasing via Platform Gift Cards
If you prefer not to link a credit card directly to your gaming account, using platform-specific gift cards is an excellent alternative. You can purchase these gift cards from major retailers both online and in physical stores. Depending on which device you use to play Stumble Guys, you should look for the following:
- Google Play Gift Cards: For Android users.
- Apple Gift Cards: For iPhone and iPad players.
- Steam Wallet Codes: For those playing on PC via Steam.
- Xbox or PlayStation Gift Cards: For console players.
Once you redeem the gift card to your platform account, the balance can be used to buy gems within the Stumble Guys app. This is a highly secure method because it limits the amount of financial information you share online and helps you stay within a specific budget.
The Stumble Pass: A Value-Driven Option
If you are looking for the most cost-effective way to get both gems and skins, the Stumble Pass is often the best choice. The Stumble Pass is a seasonal progression system that rewards you for playing the game. While there is a free version, the Premium Stumble Pass can be unlocked using gems.
By purchasing the Premium Stumble Pass, you gain access to exclusive legendary skins, emotes, and animations that are not available elsewhere. Furthermore, the pass often includes enough gems as rewards to significantly offset the initial cost of the pass itself. If you play regularly, this is the most efficient way to build a collection of rare items without buying every skin individually.
Types of Skins Available
Understanding what you are buying can help you prioritize your spending. Skins in Stumble Guys are categorized by rarity. Knowing these categories helps you decide if a specific shop bundle is worth the price:
- Common and Uncommon: Frequent drops that are easy to obtain.
- Rare and Epic: These provide a more distinct look and are often found in mid-tier gem packs.
- Legendary and Mythic: Highly sought-after skins with unique designs.
- Special: The rarest skins in the game, often featuring special effects or animations.
Avoiding Scams and “Gem Generators”
As you search for ways to buy gems, you will likely encounter websites promising “free gem generators” or “unlimited gems” in exchange for your login information or completing surveys. It is important to understand that these sites are scams. There is no legitimate way to generate gems for free outside of official game mechanics.
Using these fraudulent sites can lead to several negative outcomes. Your account could be hacked and stolen, or your device could be infected with malware. Additionally, the developers of Stumble Guys have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating; using unauthorized third-party software or exploits to obtain currency can result in a permanent ban of your account. Always stick to the official store, the official web shop, or reputable retailers for gift cards.
How to Redeem Codes and Coupons
Occasionally, the developers release promotional codes that can be redeemed for skins or gems. These are often shared during special events, tournaments, or through official social media channels. To redeem a code, you typically need to visit the official redemption portal or look for a “Redeem Code” section within the game settings.
Be wary of anyone trying to sell you “exclusive codes” on social media or messaging apps. Legitimate promotional codes are almost always given away for free by the game’s creators as part of a marketing campaign. If someone is asking for money in exchange for a code, it is likely a scam.
